Do you provide instructions?
No. We do not provide reconstitution guidance or instructions for use. All products are supplied strictly for research purposes only. We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding usage, administration, or handling beyond standard product information.
Why do you no longer sell reconstitution solutions?
In order to offer our customers more reliable and widely accepted payment options—such as Visa, MasterCard, and ACH—we made the decision to discontinue the sale of reconstitution solutions.
This change allows us to better align with Research Use Only (RUO) compliance standards and maintain stable payment processing.

When do you ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, in accordance with UPS shipping schedules and holiday observances.
At this time, UPS Ground is the only available shipping option.
We no longer ship via USPS. Additional carriers, such as FedEx, may be introduced in the future.
